Sorry, there is no return for change of mind.


Should your item arrive faulty, we apologise. Things get missed sometimes.
We aim to retify this as quickly as possible for you. 

Please email : shop@merlesque.co.nz with a decription and image of the faults within 7 days of receiving your item.

We will either repair, refund or replace the item at our discretion.

The metal of the jewellery is listed on each item. Our jewellery is fine for those with sensitive ears but we are aware that there are very sensitive people out there, we do not refund if you are reactive.
